Delivery times are 1-5 days (unless otherwise stated). We will advise you via email if there are any delays. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
**Under Level 3, couriers are experiencing a delay of up to 5 business days for delivery
If you would like shipping to countries outside of New Zealand, please get in touch. Due to COVID levies and delays, the price fluctuates and we want to give you the best current rate that we can.
We offer a full refund for full-priced items, or size exchange (when available), if:
- The item/s are returned within 10 days of delivery
- The item/s must be in new condition (un-worn, un-washed, without damage), with original packaging and with tags attached
- The item/s must be sent via tracked courier and proof of purchase included
- Please fill in the returns form (back of invoice) and include it
- Size exchanges are subject to availability, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have approved the return, refunds will be processed within 3 working days via Stripe.
If your parcel has not turned up within 7 days from when it was dispatched, please contact us via email@example.com. We are not obligated to provide a refund until after an investigation has been carried out by the courier provider.
Sometimes accidents happen and we will do our best to find a remedy. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please contact us immediately, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
